Convene360 is the platform used to manage the Science Summit programme. Through your convenor account, you can:

Please ensure that:
Your session information is accurate and ready for publication.
Your speaker list remains consistent with the approved session proposal.
All speakers have confirmed their participation.
Every speaker has completed their biography and uploaded a profile photograph.
Your date, time, time zone and session format are correct.
Your online access information is ready, where applicable.
Your post-event report is completed after the session.
Convene360 should be used only to manage your approved Science Summit session and invite confirmed speakers. Please contact the Science Summit team before making substantial changes to the scope, format or speaker composition of your session.
