Strengthening Global Vaccine Preparedness and Partnerships
The International Vaccine Institute (IVI) is pleased to announce a high-level Brussels Roundtable convening policymakers, multilateral organisations, development partners, research institutions, industry representatives, and global health stakeholders to discuss emerging priorities and partnership opportunities in global vaccine preparedness, innovation, and equitable access.
The roundtable will provide an informal strategic platform for exchanging perspectives on evolving African, European, and global health priorities, including pandemic preparedness, vaccine research and development, manufacturing resilience, and partnerships supporting low- and middle-income countries.
The discussion will bring together representatives from IVI, European institutions, international organisations, financing institutions, the vaccine and biotechnology sectors, and diplomatic missions engaged in global health and preparedness initiatives.
Themes for Discussion
- Vaccine innovation and research collaboration
- Regional manufacturing and supply chain resilience
- Partnerships supporting equitable vaccine access
- Role of the EU’s Multiannual Financial Framework in advancing global health cooperation, global vaccine preparedness, and health security
- Emerging opportunities for multilateral collaboration
As a neutral international organisation dedicated to vaccine discovery, development, and delivery for global public health, IVI looks forward to fostering dialogue and identifying areas for future cooperation with European and international partners.
