📢 Call for Session Proposals Submission
We are thrilled to announce that Science Summit 2025, held alongside the 80th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA 80) in New York from September 9-26, is now accepting session proposals for its official program.
🔔Deadline: April 15, 2025
This hybrid event will convene scientists, policymakers, industry leaders, and innovators to explore how science, technology, and innovation (STI) can accelerate progress toward the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) while shaping a more resilient and sustainable future.
🎯Theme for 2025: Science within Planetary Boundaries
🌱 Too often, the true value of nature is overlooked in decision-making with short-term financial gains taking precedence, while environmental costs are ignored. Yet, science tells us that biodiversity, water, food, health, and climate change are deeply interconnected.
This year’s theme emphasizing the need for responsible science that respects the planet’s natural limits and prioritizes the well-being of society and its people.
🔎 We are looking for collaborative, impact-driven proposals that showcase real-world scientific solutions. Session proposal should be composed of at least three partner organizations. More info
💎 Selected sessions will be part of the virtual programme
